Meet the Soulshine Pelvic Health and Wellness Team
Every person at Soulshine is here because they genuinely care about this work, and about the people they do it with.
Dr. Meghan Davidson,
PT, DPT, PRFS, PHSC
Founder & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Meghan is originally from Maryland but has called Columbia home since arriving at the University of South Carolina in 2010. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from USC, and has been practicing in pelvic health since completing her doctorate in 2018.
Since opening Soulshine, Meghan has logged thousands of hours of continuing education coursework, always with the goal of better serving her patients and community. She and her team regularly share new research, attend courses, and push each other to keep growing.
Specialties: Meghan treats a wide range of pelvic floor diagnoses across all genders, with additional advanced training in fertility optimization (PRFS), sex counseling, weightlifting during pregnancy and postpartum, dry needling, and birth education and preparation. She also has extensive experience treating patients with hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.
Her approach is whole-person from the ground up — meaning sleep, nutrition, movement, and emotional health are always part of the conversation, not an afterthought.
Dr. Haley Stevenson, PT, DPT, PRPC
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Haley is a South Carolina native who grew up in Spartanburg, completed her undergraduate studies at Clemson University, and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She met her husband Will at Clemson, and the two have spent the past several years living across the Southeast — NC, SC, TX, and MS — before putting down roots in Columbia.
Haley has been treating pelvic health patients since 2020 and earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman and Wallace in 2023. She brings a deep enthusiasm for continuing education and a particular gift for helping patients understand what's happening in their own bodies — through the lens of the nervous system, movement, and the way everything connects.
Specialties: Haley especially enjoys working with pregnancy and postpartum patients, pelvic pain, and orthopedic concerns including back, hip, and jaw dysfunction. She treats patients of all genders and is known for creating a space where complex, sensitive concerns feel genuinely manageable.

The conditions we treat are the ones most people don't talk about — the leaking, the pain, the things that quietly shrink your life until you decide enough is enough. We take that trust seriously. Every plan is built around the individual, every evaluation starts with listening, and no one leaves without knowing exactly what comes next.
