Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
We help people have pain free pregnancies, manage their pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction, and recover from birth effectively.
What our patients have to say:
“I feel equipped, empowered and knowledgeable about my body in a way that I haven’t really experienced from a doctor before.”
“I seriously didn’t know that my lower back pain could be associated with pelvic floor dysfunction until I saw a video on IG about it. My PT was able to treat me and come up with an exercise plan that has made me virtually pain free!”
“Meghan has a wealth of knowledge that is hard to come by, and she is also caring, compassionate, and sensitive to all of her patients unique needs. Pelvic floor issues can often be difficult to diagnose and therefore are not properly treated, but Soulshine can help!”

We feel strongly that in order to heal and get rid of your symptoms for good, we must treat the whole person and be a true partner in your health. For a more extensive list of the diagnoses we treat, visit the about page.
It’s not ALL about the pelvic floor
At Soulshine, we treat the whole person. We will assess your pelvic floor, but will also look at your back, hips, core, functional movement, and anything else that is involved in order to find the “why” behind your symptoms and get rid of them for good! We will even discuss and optimize stress, nutrition, and sleep, among other behavioral challenges.

Meghan Davidson, PT, DPT
I started Soulshine because I saw a void in pelvic health in Columbia, SC. Too many new moms and those dealing with pelvic pain were falling through the cracks and not getting access to high quality physical therapy. We bring exceptional healthcare to our patients and empower them to take charge of their health to create lasting improvement and to live symptom free lives. We are there with you every step of the way and want each patient to feel safe, respected, heard, and valued. The traditional physical therapy model wasn’t working and that’s why we do things differently.
