Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Helping transform life through positive movement and getting you back to a full, symptom-free life. We are here to help you meet your goals and get back to whatever brings you joy.

What our patients have to say:

“I feel equipped, empowered and knowledgeable about my body in a way that I haven’t really experienced from a doctor before.”

“I seriously didn’t know that my lower back pain could be associated with pelvic floor dysfunction until I saw a video on IG about it. My PT was able to treat me and come up with an exercise plan that has made me virtually pain free!”

“Meghan has a wealth of knowledge that is hard to come by, and she is also caring, compassionate, and sensitive to all of her patients unique needs. Pelvic floor issues can often be difficult to diagnose and therefore are not properly treated, but Soulshine can help!”

Common Pelvic PT Issues

We treat a variety of diagnoses associated with pelvic floor dysfunction, including bladder pain, pelvic pain, bladder and bowel leaking, other bowel dysfunction, pain with sexual activity, pregnancy related pain, returning to exercise postpartum, and other postpartum issues. We feel strongly that in order to heal and get rid of your symptoms for good, we must treat the whole person and be a true partner in your health. For a more extensive list of the diagnoses we treat, visit the about page.

It’s not ALL about the pelvic floor

At Soulshine, we treat the whole person. We will assess your pelvic floor, but will also look at your back, hips, core, functional movement, and anything else that is involved in order to find the “why” behind your symptoms and get rid of them for good!

For more information on pelvic physical therapy and what diagnoses we treat, visit our “about” page. Let us get you back to living your life!

Meghan Davidson, PT, DPT

I started Soulshine because I felt like there was a void in the community that I could fill. I wanted to bring exceptional healthcare to women and men and empower them to take charge of their wellness to create lasting improvement and to live symptom free lives.
