At Soulshine, every session is built around understanding the full picture. It’s not just about your pelvic floor, but also your back, hips, core, movement patterns, sleep, stress, and nutrition. Because the thing causing your pain or dysfunction is rarely the only thing involved. We don't stop until we find the actual source, and we don't consider the job done until it's gone for good.

What to Expect

  • Pelvic floor therapy is specialized physical therapy for the muscles, nerves, and connective tissue of the pelvic region, and everything connected to it. We treat the things most people don't bring up at a dinner party: bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual health concerns, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and more.

  • Soulshine is a private pay practice. We don't bill insurance directly, but most out-of-network physical therapy benefits apply and superbills are available upon request. We also accept HSA and FSA payments.

  • No referral needed, you can reach out directly to get started.

  • Yes, we offer pelvic floor therapy for men. Pelvic floor dysfunction affects people of all genders, and we treat adults of all genders and identities.
