FAQs:
What are Soulshine’s rates?
Initial evaluations are $220 and follow ups are $195. Let us know after your visit if you would like a superbill. Soulshine does not work with any insurance companies. Each visit is 1 hour long (30 minutes for babies!) and will be tailored to your individual needs. All of your visits are one on one with your pelvic floor physical therapist to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.
Do you only treat pregnant and postpartum humans?
Not at all! We treat adults of all genders who are experiencing concerns with their sexual health, including pelvic pain, as well as bowel and bladder dysfunction. Additionally, we treat children under 12 months for plagiocephaly, torticollis, and tethered oral tissues.
Can I bring my kid(s)?
Of course! At Soulshine we want to remove barriers for coming to pelvic floor physical therapy. We have a changing table, toys, and snacks to help keep the little ones occupied and comfortable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation within 24 hours will incur a fee of 100% of our visit cost. A credit card is required to book an evaluation, although patients may pay with cash, credit card, HSA, FSA, or check at the time of service. If a patient arrives late or has to leave early they are responsible for the full visit cost.
I’m on my period. Can I still come in?
We strongly encourage patients keep your appointment even if you’re menstruating. We do not have to perform any internal work if you’re uncomfortable, but it doesn’t bother us! There is plenty to work out outside of the pelvic floor.
Soulshine sounds like the best fit for me! When can I come in?
We are typically booking out 1-2 weeks depending on the availability of patients and providers. We have appointment times available between 8am and 6pm on weekdays. We are honored to be a part of your pelvic health journey.
If you have a question we haven’t answered above or are ready to book, give our office a call at (803) 784-2464.
Testimonials

From a happy patient:
“I had such a good experience at Soulshine. I was anxious to start pelvic physical therapy because it felt invasive, but my therapist made me feel comfortable and in control the whole time…my therapist worked with me to form a plan based on my goals and baseline…I love that the clinic works with people of all genders. Very LGBTQ+ affirming. 1000% recommend!”

From a local business owner:
