Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs:

Soulshine sounds like the best fit for me! When can I come in?

We are typically booking out about 4 weeks depending on the availability of patients and providers. We have appointment times available between 7am and 6pm on weekdays. We are honored to be a part of your pelvic health journey.

Do you only treat pregnant and postpartum humans?

Not at all! We treat adults of all genders who are experiencing concerns with their sexual health, including pelvic pain, as well as bowel and bladder dysfunction.

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Of course! At Soulshine we want to remove barriers for coming to pelvic floor physical therapy. We have a changing table, toys, and snacks to help keep the little ones occupied and comfortable.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellation within 24 hours will incur a fee of 100% of our visit cost. A credit card is required to book an evaluation, although patients may pay with cash, credit card, HSA, FSA, or check at the time of service. If a patient arrives late or has to leave early they are responsible for the full visit cost.

I’m on my period. Can I still come in?

We strongly encourage patients keep your appointment even if you’re menstruating. We do not have to perform any internal work if you’re uncomfortable, but it doesn’t bother us! There is plenty to work out outside of the pelvic floor.

What is the investment?

Soulshine does not have relationships with any insurance companies, and services are covered under your out-of-network physical therapy benefits. Payment is due at the time of service, and superbills are available upon request if you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company. We also accept HSA and FSA.
